We want you to love your Pink Seoul Beauty products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:

- The item arrived damaged or defective

- The wrong item was delivered

- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

- A description of the issue

- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within **5–7 business days** to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes incurred on returned items. These costs remain the customer's responsibility.
